A. How to add camera?

1. Please Log in to your account first.
2. Please click List of Camera from the menu on your left side.
3. Please click the Add Camera button of the right side of the webpage.
4. Please fill in the camera information and configuration. For camera configuration, you may find the Camera Setup Manual to guide you.
5. Click Submit button to add new camera. If thing doesn’t work out, most likely you have keyed in the wrong information. You are suggested to check them out in your camera manual. If you have a camera installer, please get their assistance to set up the camera for you.

B.How to connect webcam to EpiCamera?

1. Please Log in to your account first.
2. Please download iSpy under Know-How to get the plugin you need to connect webcam with EpiCamera.
3. Run the iSpySetup.msi and install the program in your computer.
4. Run the program after installation done.
5. Click Add Camera.
6. Right click on the camera and select FTP.
7. Fill up FTP login details accordingly. You can get the FTP login details here.
8. After fill up the details then it is done!

C. How to view live captured images?

1. Please Log in to your account first.
2. Please click Live View from the menu on your left side.
3. Please select Live View in “Single View” to monitor 1 camera; “4 Cameras View” for monitoring 4 cameras and “9 Cameras View” for monitoring 9 cameras.
4. You can choose the camera position accordingly, there are icons to show the position respectively. If you do not have 4 or 9 cameras, just leave the rest of the field empty, it will show grey empty box when you click search.
5. Also, you can set the image interval time (how many second between each image, the smaller the digit, the faster the images will change)
6. Click View button to start viewing.

D. How to view live streaming video or slideshow?

1. Please Log in to your account first.
2. Please click Live Video from the menu on your left side.
3. You can only view 1 camera in Live Video. Choose the camera you want to view. The smoothness of the live streaming is depending on your internet connection speed. This live streaming does not store any images in EpiCamera.
4. You can choose display format: Video streaming or video slideshow. Video Streaming requires you to allow plugin at your browser and some browser may not support it. It also requires more bandwidth compared to Video Slideshow.
5. Click View button to start viewing.

E. How to view camera playback?

1. Please Log in to your account first.
2. Please click Playback from the menu on your left side.
3. Please choose the camera you want to view its playback.
4. Please select the starting and ending time and date by clicking the calendar icon, please limit the time within 1 hour or less so that it will not affect the playback performance.
5. Please choose the interval time.
6. Click Search button to start viewing.

F. How to list all images for download or delete of a certain time frame?

1. Please Log in to your account first.
2. Please click Images List from the menu on your left side.
3. Please choose the camera you want to download images.
4. Please select the starting and ending time and date by clicking the calendar icon.
5. Please select to either show the images in listing or thumbnail format.
6. Please choose the number of images that shown on each page.
7. Click Search button to start listing.
8. You can select the images from the list, then click Download button to backup to your computer; or click Delete button to remove unwanted images to save your storage space.
