Dealer Guide


A. How to sell to customer?

  1. Go to Reseller Marketing Material to download brochure that we prepare for you.
  2. If you need to show customer demo page, please Log in using username "demo" and password "demo".
  3. You can also sign up as a user here, you will get 100MB storage for 1 camera FREE. This account will be good to get hands on experience and be your demo site for your customers.
  4. Of course you can also start by inviting your potential customer to register a Free 100 MB storage account, hook their IP Camera up for a trial, and later, sign them!
  5. Shall you need any assistance, you can always go to support to check if there is solution for you.

B. How to add customer?

  1. Log in
  2. Go to My Dashboard
  3. Click "Add Customer" under "My Customer".
  4. Fill in the form and details.
  5. Submit & Done
  6. Your customers can log in using the email and password that you have created for them.

C. How to setup customer's camera?

  1. Please Log in using your customer’s email and password.
  2. Please click List of Camera from the menu on your left side.
  3. You will find the Add Camera button at the right side of the webpage. Click the button to add camera.
  4. Fill in the camera information and configuration then click submit to add new camera.
  5. If thing doesn’t work out, most likely you have keyed in the wrong information in (4). You are suggested to check them out in your customer's camera manual.

D. How to make payment & commission?

  1. Dealer can pay on behalf of their own customers to EpiCamera by paying upfront discounted price.
    (i) Login using Dealer’s own account
    (ii) Go to My Dashboard
    (iii) Click Customer under "My Customer"
    (iv) You will see a list of your customers
    (v) Choose the specific customer and click "Plan"
    (vi) Click "Upgrade Plan"
    (vii) Select how many GB that want to purchase
    (viii) Under "Which party will be submitting payment?" – Choose "Dealer".
    (ix) After you confirm, you will be led to Paypal page to pay the upfront discounted price. Or;
    (x) If under 1(viii), you choose "member", then Customer will pay EpiCamera in EpiCamera website through Paypal using their own Paypal account.
  2. If customers choose their plan on their own, they will too, pay EpiCamera in EpiCamera website through Paypal using their own Paypal account.
  3. For (3), reseller will get progressive commission monthly.

E. How to withdraw commission?

  1. If Dealer's Customers pay the subscription fee on their own, the commission will be credited into the Dealer's EpiCamera account on every 30-day-cycle based on his Customer's subscription. All processing fees or bank charges shall be borne by the receiving party. The commission will be accumulated in Dealer's EpiCamera account, and Dealer can withdraw the Commission to his Paypal account at a minimum of 100 credits (follow dealer's selected currency). Dealer will need to possess a Paypal account so that the commission can be credited to your Paypal account.
    (i) Login using Dealer’s own account
    (ii) Go to My Dashboard
    (iii) Click Withdraw Credit under "My Billing"
    (iv) You will see your account balance
    (v) Amount of credits you intend to withdraw must be MINIMUM 100 credits, key in the amount you want to withdraw at "Amount"
    (vi) Enter your Paypal Account
    (vii) Click "Submit"
    (viii) After you confirm, you will be led to Paypal page to continue the procedure to withdraw the commission to your bank account or credit card.
